DISCOUNT RUBBISH REMOVAL LLC

1. Authorization to Perform Work

The customer authorizes Discount Rubbish Removal LLC (“DRR”), its employees and authorized representatives to enter the areas of the property reasonably necessary to perform the services described in this agreement. The customer represents that they are the property owner or otherwise have legal authority to authorize access and removal.

2. Ownership of Items

The customer represents that they own the items being removed or have permission from the lawful owner to dispose of them. Once removed, the customer authorizes DRR to dispose of, recycle, donate, salvage, or otherwise handle the items at DRR's discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. Personal Property & Valuables

The customer is responsible for removing money, jewelry, documents, medications, electronics, photographs, keepsakes and other valuables from items designated for removal. DRR is not responsible for valuables unintentionally left inside or mixed with authorized removal items.

4. Estimates & Price Changes

Prices may be based on photographs, customer descriptions, estimated volume, weight, accessibility, labor requirements or an on-site inspection. The final price may change if the actual job differs materially from the information provided, including additional items, greater volume or weight, stairs, difficult access, excessively heavy items, disassembly, unexpected debris or special handling. DRR will obtain customer approval before performing additional work that materially increases the agreed price.

5. Prohibited & Hazardous Materials

Unless specifically approved in advance, DRR does not accept hazardous, toxic, explosive, infectious or regulated materials. The customer agrees to disclose known hazardous or potentially dangerous materials before work begins.

6. Property Access & Existing Conditions

DRR will use reasonable care while performing the work. The customer must identify fragile surfaces, hidden utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, underground structures or other conditions that should be avoided. DRR is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, unsafe conditions or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

7. Light Demolition

When demolition is requested, the customer represents that they have authority to authorize the work. Unless specifically included in writing, demolition services do not include structural engineering, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, utility relocation, asbestos abatement or other licensed specialty work.

8. Trailer Drop-Off Service

For customer-loaded trailer service, the customer agrees not to move the trailer, load prohibited materials, exceed permitted fill or weight limits, or load material in an unsafe manner. Additional disposal, overweight or prohibited-material charges may apply.

9. Photos

DRR may photograph the work area and items before and after service for documentation, quality control and protection of both parties. Marketing use requires separate permission below.

10. Cancellation / Rescheduling

Customers should notify DRR as soon as possible if service must be canceled or rescheduled. Any legally required consumer cancellation rights remain unaffected by this agreement.

11. Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

12. Customer Satisfaction

The customer should inspect the work before the crew leaves whenever reasonably possible and promptly report concerns so DRR has a reasonable opportunity to address them.

13. Entire Agreement

This agreement, together with the job authorization and any written change approved by both parties, represents the agreement concerning this job.
